Abstract
Un método para fabricar un componente de una máquina rotativa, el componente se extiende en una dirección axial (A) así como en una dirección radial (R) vertical a la misma, y teniendo al menos un canal interior (7), el cual se extiende desde un primer extremo (72) de un núcleo (K) de un centro (6) del componente y a un segundo extremo (71) en una superficie límite radial (42) del componente y que está al menos parcialmente cerrada, caracterizado porque se proporciona una chapa plana (10) que comprende el núcleo (K) del componente y donde la chapa plana (10) está limitada por una superficie exterior (11) en la dirección radial (R), en donde la chapa plana (10) es procesada de manera substractiva en un primer paso del proceso substractivo en una manera en que se elabora un contorno exterior (AK) en el área de la superficie exterior (11), dicho contorno exterior se extiende al menos en la dirección radial (R), así como también se elabora una parte del canal (7), dicha parte se extiende al menos parcialmente en forma radial en la chapa plana (10) al primer extremo (72) y después el canal (7) es terminado por medio de un proceso de construcción en la chapa plana (10) Además se propone un método correspondiente para reparar así como un componente fabricado o reparado para dicho método.
