Abstract

Se describen métodos para determinar la cantidad de insulina en una muestra. En el presente documento se proporcionan métodos espectrométricos de masas para detectar y cuantificar insulina y péptido C en una muestra biológica al utilizar métodos de enriquecimiento y/o purificación acoplados con técnicas espectrométricas de masas en tándem o técnicas espectrométricas de masas de alta resolución/alta exactitud. También en el presente documento se proporcionan métodos espectrométricos de masas para detectar y cuantificar insulina y cadena B en una muestra biológica al utilizar métodos de enriquecimiento y/o purificación acoplados con técnicas espectrométricas de masas en tándem o técnicas espectrométricas de masas de alta resolución/alta exactitud.
