Abstract
Los métodos están dirigidos al uso de un fluido supercrítico para acabar un material objetivo con un material de acabado. Una o más variables seleccionadas de temperatura, presión, caudal de flujo y el tiempo se manipulan para incrementar la eficiencia en el proceso de acabado. Conforme la temperatura o la presión se disminuyen, se provoca un cambio en la densidad del dióxido de carbono del fluido supercrítico, lo cual a su vez, provoca la precipitación del acabado de material disuelto con el dióxido de carbono, otras variables se mantienen sobre los valores umbral para incrementar la captura del acabado de material por el material objetivo. Esta mejora reduce el tiempo al limitar el proceso de limpieza del sistema, ahorra materiales utilizados en el proceso de limpieza y ahorra la energía utilizada para alcanzar los ciclos del proceso, en algunos aspectos de la presente invención.
