Abstract

Un método de decodificación de una imagen en color de un flujo de bits, caracterizado porque comprende: - obtener (330) un componente de luminancia final (L) combinando linealmente un componente de luminancia (L´) y crominancia (U´, V´) obtenidos de un flujo de bits; - obtener (310) un primer componente (Y) aplicando una función de expansión dinámica no lineal sobre el componente de luminancia final (L) para que la dinámica del primer componente (Y) se incremente en comparación con la dinámica del componente de luminancia final (L); - obtener (330) un factor de multiplicación normalizado ß´y dividiendo un factor de multiplicación (ß´) obtenido del flujo de bits por la raíz cuadrada del primer componente; - recuperar (320) al menos un componente de color (RGBHDR) de la imagen en color que será decodificada de los componentes de crominancia (U´,V´) y el primer componente (Y): - obteniendo componentes de crominancia intermedios (Ur, Vr) multiplicando los componentes de crominancia (U´,V´) por el factor de multiplicación normalizado (ß´y); - obtener al menos un componente de color intermedio(R#,G#,B#) de los cuadrados de los dos componentes de crominancia intermedios (Ur, Vr), el producto de los dos componentes de crominancia intermedios (Ur, Vr,), una matriz de transformación de color (C); y calculando al menos un componente de color (RGBHDR) de la imagen en color decodificada cuadrando el producto de la raíz cuadrada del primer componente (Y) por uno de al menos un componente de color intermedio (R#G#,B#).
