Abstract
Se proporcionan una lámina de acero recubierta con metal por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia que tiene una tensión de rotura de 780 MPa o más y excelente trabajabilidad y un método para la producción de la lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia. La lámina de acero recubierta con metal por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia incluye una lámina de acero y una capa de recubrimiento formada sobre la lámina de acero y tiene una composición particular. La lámina de acero tiene una microestructura que incluye una fase de ferrita con una fracción de área de 20% o menos (incluyendo 0%), una fase de bainita con una fracción de área de 35% o más y 90% o menos, y una fase de martensita con una fracción de área de 10% o más y 65% o menos y que contiene inclusiones que tienen un diámetro de círculo equivalente de más de 5.0 µm con una densidad numérica de 400/mm2 o menos. En la rnicroestructura, los granos de martensita que constituyen la fase de martensita tienen un tamaño de grano promedio de 4.0 µm o menos, y una distancia máxima entre los granos de martensita es de 5.0 µm o menos. Cuando se supone que una dureza de la lámina de acero en una posición de 1/4t (t: espesor de lámina de acero) desde una superficie de la lámina de acero en una dirección del espesor es de 100%, una dureza superficial de la lámina de acero es de 95% o menos.
