Abstract
Una unidad de administración térmica para un tren motriz de vehículo incluye un calentador de aceite integrado, una válvula de control, y una válvula de liberación de presión; un enfriador de aceite de remoto está conectado a puertos de fluido de la unidad de administración térmica; se recibe aceite de transmisión dentro de la unidad de administración térmica y se dirige a uno o ambos del calentador de aceite de transmisión y enfriador de aceite de transmisión; una porción del flujo de aceite puede desviarse internamente a través de la válvula de liberación de presión para mantener la presión del aceite bajo un umbral; el flujo de aceite es dirigido a través de la válvula de control después de ser calentado y/o enfriado, y las porción del aceite que es dirigido a través del calentador de aceite y el enfriador de aceite se determina por la temperatura del aceite en la válvula de control.
