Abstract

Disposición de conexión entre un tubo (10) de aluminio y un intercambiador de calor (3), en el que el tubo (10) tiene un diámetro exterior D y comprende una brida terminal (12) que se une a una brida de conexión (5) del intercambiador de calor (3) y que se fija a la misma con un dispositivo de fijación (20). El tubo 10 comprende además una curva en ángulo (14) dispuesta en la proximidad de la brida terminal (12), y una parte recta (16) que se extiende desde la brida terminal (12) hasta una sección terminal (14a) de la curva en ángulo (14). La curva en ángulo (14) presenta un radio de curvatura R, en referencia al eje central (z) del tubo (10) de tal manera que 0,5D = R = D y la sección terminal (14a) de la curva en ángulo (14) está dispuesta a una distancia de la brida de conexión (12) del intercambiador de calor (3) de tal manera que d = 0,5D. el dispositivo de fijación (20) consta de un collar de sujeción de material plástico que abraza la brida de conexión (5) del intercambiador de calor (3) y la brida terminal (12) del tubo (10). El collar de sujeción comprende un par de bridas en la mitad del collar (21), montadas por presión una sobre la otra.
