Abstract
Se proporciona un método de fabricación de una tubería de acero inoxidable sin costura para Productos Tubulares de Región Petrolífera con excelente trabajabilidad en caliente, mediante el cual una tubería de acero inoxidable sin costura para Productos Tubulares de Región Petrolífera que tiene alta resistencia de 110 ksi (=758 MPa) o más en términos de límite de fluencia, alta tenacidad de 40 J o más en términos de energía de absorción vE-10 en un ensayo de impacto Charpy a una temperatura de ensayo de -10 °C y excelente resistencia a la corrosión se puede obtener, y una tubería de acero inoxidable sin costura para Productos Tubulares de Región Petrolífera obtenida mediante el método. Una palanquilla la cual tiene la composición que contiene componentes predeterminados y en la cual los contenidos de C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, Ni, N, W, Cu satisfacen la relación predeterminada se calienta, se aplica trabajo en caliente a la palanquilla formando de esta manera una tubería de acero sin costura, la tubería de acero sin costura se enfría a una temperatura ambiente a una velocidad de enfriamiento de enfriamiento por aire o más, después de eso, se lleva a cabo temple mediante el calentamiento de la tubería de acero sin costura a una temperatura de 850 °C o superior y, posteriormente, mediante el enfriamiento de la tubería de acero sin costura a una temperatura de 100 °C o inferior a una velocidad de enfriamiento de enfriamiento por aire o más y, posteriormente, se aplica revenido a la tubería de acero sin costura a una temperatura de 700 °C o inferior durante un tiempo de mantenimiento predeterminado.
