Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con el procedimiento de preparación de agentes de transferencia de hidrógeno sólidos mejorados obtenido a partir de un polímero con unidades que contienen la estructura de naftaleno, fenantreno o antraceno, que presentan actividad como agentes de transferencia de hidrógeno en cualquier reacción química de reducción que involucre la ruptura de dobles enlaces y en reacciones de tratamiento, hidrotratamiento y de hidrodesintegración de crudos pesados y extra-pesados y de cortes y corrientes derivadas del mismo. Estos agentes de transferencia de hidrógeno solidos mejorados, pueden estar soportados y no soportados en óxidos metálicos tales como boehmita, alúmina, sílice, titania, caolín y/o mezcla de ellos, en presencia de agentes reductores como hidrógeno, metano, o gas natural. Además, la aplicación de estos agentes de transferencia de hidrógeno sólidos mejorados obtenido a partir de un polímero con unidades que contienen la estructura de naftaleno, fenantreno o antraceno, permite mejorar propiedades de los crudos tales como viscosidad, disminución en la formación de coque, incremento en el rendimiento de destilados y de gravedad °API. Estos agentes de transferencia de hidrógeno por ser sólidos pueden ser reutilizados y recuperados del medio de reacción; además presentan una estabilidad térmica tal que permite llevar a cabo reacciones a temperaturas superiores a los 450 °C.
