Abstract
Se utiliza un ensamblaje con una fuente remota de potencia hidráulica para controlar el caudal del fluido de pozo en un sistema de perforación; al menos un obturador opera para controlar el caudal del fluido a otras partes del sistema; al menos un actuador hidráulico colocado con el obturador acciona la operación del obturador en respuesta a la potencia hidráulica; al menos una válvula de control colocada con el obturador controla el suministro de la potencia hidráulica hacia el actuador y controla el retorno de la potencia hidráulica desde el mismo; un acumulador puede ser colocado con el obturador y acoplado al suministro corriente arriba de la válvula de control; la válvula de control se puede acoplar al actuador con un par de válvulas de retención operadas por piloto colocadas en comunicación de fluido entre la válvula de control y el actuador; un tanque de etapa y bomba de etapa pueden ser colocados con el obturador; el tanque recibe el retorno desde la válvula de control, y la bomba de etapa puede bombear el retorno desde el tanque de etapa a la fuente.
