Abstract

Un sistema para prevenir el enmohecimiento en un evaporador asociado con un sistema de aire acondicionado del vehículo para suministrar aire acondicionado a un habitáculo para pasajeros del vehículo. El sistema incluye un ventilador para dirigir de forma selectiva el flujo de aire a través del evaporador y un controlador para controlar el ventilador de acuerdo con una humedad detectada adyacente al evaporador. El controlador puede controlar también una bomba para hacer circular el refrigerante caliente desde un sistema de refrigeración del motor a un radiador de calefacción para calentar el flujo de aire dirigido al evaporador por medio del ventilador y, por lo tanto, contribuye con el secado proporcionado.
