Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una tela de punto jersey doble en patrón, un método para producir la misma, y una máquina de tricotado circular para ejecutar el método. La tela tiene un lado frontal (600) y un lado posterior (500), y se produce con los siguientes pasos en una máquina de tricotado circular jacquard sencillo, jersey doble - tricotar el lado frontal (600) de la tela (100) en el cilindro (C) y tricotar el lado posterior (500) de la tela (100) en el plato (D) de dicha máquina; - tricotar un hilo de base (308) en el lado posterior (500) de la tela (100), excepto para los puntos de conexión (240, 242), en donde el hilo de base (308) es tricotado en el lado frontal (600) de la tela (100); - insertar un hilo de patrón (302) antes del comienzo de una unidad de patrón (400) que se produce usando el hilo de patrón respectivo (302); - tricotar el hilo de patrón (302) en el lado frontal (600) de la tela en la unidad de patrón (400); - cortar el hilo de patrón (302) después de la unidad de patrón (400). Con estas mediciones se logra un uso eficiente de material y productividad mejorada en el contexto de las telas de punto jersey doble.
