Abstract
En este documento se reporta de un método para producir un producto de conjugación enzimática de dos polipéptidos que comprende la incubación de un primer polipéptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos LPXTG (SEC ID NO: 20, en donde X puede ser cualquier residuo de aminoácido), un segundo polipéptido tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de oligo-alanina Am (m = 2 (SEC ID NO: 26) , o 3 (SEC ID NO: 27) o 4 (SEC ID NO: 28), o 5 (SEC ID NO: 29)) en su extremo N-terminal, un tercer polipéptido con actividad sortasa que se deriva de sortasa A de Staphylococcus aureus, y recuperar el conjugado de la mezcla de reacción y produciendo de este modo el producto de conjugación enzimática de dos polipéptidos.
