Abstract

Se proporcionan una línea de aparato para fabricar tuberías y tubos de acero sin costura y un método para fabricar una tubería de acero inoxidable sin costura dúplex de alta resistencia para un pozo de petróleo excelente en dureza a baja temperatura usando la línea de aparato. En la línea de aparato para fabricar tuberías y tubos de acero sin costura la cual incluye: un aparato de calentamiento para calentar una materia prima de acero; un aparato de perforación para perforar la materia prima de acero calentada formando así un material hueco; y un aparato de laminación para aplicar trabajo al material hueco formando así una tubería de acero sin costura que tiene una forma predeterminada, un aparato de enfriamiento se configura en un lado de salida del aparato de laminación. Usando tal línea de aparato, una materia prima de acero calentada que tiene composición de acero inoxidable se trabaja por el aparato de laminación después de perforarse por el aparato de perforación, y después, usando una temperatura de superficie de una pieza hueca antes de enfriarse por el aparato de enfriamiento como una temperatura de inicio de enfriamiento, la pieza hueca se enfría a una temperatura de parada de enfriamiento que tiene una diferencia de temperatura de al menos 50°C o más de la temperatura de inicio de enfriamiento y que es igual a o superior a 600°C a una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 1.0°C/s o más en términos de una temperatura de superficie exterior.
