Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la manufactura de un configura congelada recubierta, el proceso comprende las etapas de (a) manufacturar una confitura congelada, seguido por; (b) impartir energía térmica a la superficie de la co nfitura congelada, suficiente para causar el derretimiento al menos parcial de la superficie de la confitura congelada, seguido por; (c) permitir que la superficie de la confitura se vuelva a congelar, seguido por; (d) recubrir la confitura congelada en un recubrimiento líquido, el cual se solidifica posteriormente para proporcionar un recubrimiento sólido.
