Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a un método para activar selectivamente una hidrolasa termoestable en una temperatura arriba de T1. La presente invención proporciona composiciones que comprenden una hidrolasa termoestable y un inhibidor sensible a temperatura, en donde la hidrolasa termoestable y el inhibidor sensible a temperatura forman un complejo inhibidor de hidrolasa en una temperatura abajo de T1, pero el cual se disocia en una temperatura de aproximadamente T1. La presente invención también se relaciona al uso de las composiciones, y un método para preparar las composiciones.
