Abstract
La invención se relaciona con una boquilla de coinyección (2) para un dispositivo de moldeo por inyección para producir productos moldeados por inyección de múltiples capas, la boquilla comprende: un orificio central (20); una válvula de aguja (10) para abrir y cerrar una abertura de boquilla (30), aguja la cual es retenida en una forma móvil axialmente en el orificio central (20); un canal de masa fundida interno anular (23) para la primera masa fundida (A); un canal de masa fundida central anular (24) para una segunda masa fundida (B); y un canal de masa fundida externo anular (25) para la primera masa fundida (A), los canales de masa fundida interno, central y externo (23, 24, 25) estando combinados fluídicamente en la región de la punta de la boquilla (9) para formar un flujo de masa fundida estratificada concéntricamente. De acuerdo con la invención, la boquilla de coinyección (2) tiene una barrera de contraflujo (40), integrada en el orificio central (20), para la segunda masa fundida (B), siendo esta barrera formada por un corte (42) en la aguja de la válvula (10) y por un canal de masa fundida (41) para la segunda masa fundida (B), canal el cual penetra el orificio central (20). En la posición abierta de la barrera de contraflujo (40), el corte (42) se localiza con respecto al canal de masa fundida penetrante (41), de modo que la segunda masa fundida (B) pueda fluir a través del canal de ,asa fundida penetrante (41), mientras fluye hacia el orificio central (20) a lo largo de la aguja de la válvula (10).
