Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para tratar y enfriar arena de moldeo para fundición, que comprende un contenedor de mezclado y una herramienta de mezclado que gira alrededor de un eje de accionamiento, en donde se proporciona una alimentación de aire para la alimentación de aire en el interior del contenedor. Para proporcionar un aparato mejorado con el cual, se produce una capa fluidizada más uniforme tanto como sea posible sobre la sección transversal completa del contenedor de mezclado, en donde sin embargo, la proporción de partículas sólidas arrastradas con el flujo de gas se reduce, se propone de conformidad con la invención, que la herramienta de mezclado tenga al menos dos aspas de mezclado espaciadas de entre sí en la dirección vertical y al menos un aspe de mezclado tenga una cuchilla mezcladora con una superficie la cual está inclinada con relación a la horizontal.
