Abstract
Se describe una lámina de acero que tiene una composición química predeterminada y una microestructura de acero que contiene, en relación de área, 15% o más y 55% o menos de ferrita poligonal y 15% o más y 30% o menos de martensita, y que contiene, en fracción en volumen, 12% o más de austenita retenida, en la cual la ferrita poligonal, la martensita, y la austenita retenida tienen un tamaño de grano promedio de 4 µm o menos, 2 µm o menos, y 2 µm o menos, respectivamente, y cada una tiene una relación de aspecto de grano promedio de 2.0 o menos, y en la cual un valor obtenido al dividir un contenido de Mn en la austenita retenida en % en masa entre un contenido de Mn en la ferrita poligonal en % en masa es igual a 2.0 o más.
