Abstract

Problema: Proporcionar un método de moldeo de material compuesto y un dispositivo de moldeo de material compuesto que sean capaces de acortar el tiempo de moldeo y suprimir la presión de apriete para miniaturizar por consiguiente la máquina de prensado. Solución: El método de moldeo de material compuesto es un método de moldeo para formar un material compuesto disponiendo fibra de carbono en una cavidad dentro de un molde que se puede abrir y cerrar, inyectando resina en la cavidad en un estado en el cual se ejerce una presión de apriete sobre el molde, y curando la resina, en donde, cuando un valor de umbral de la presión dentro de la cavidad se establece menor que la presión de apriete y la resina se inyecta en la cavidad, la resina se inyecta mientras que se ejerce una presión de inyección que es igual a o mayor que la presión de apriete sobre la resina hasta que la presión dentro de la cavidad alcanza el valor de umbral (S4, S5), y el interior de la cavidad es succionado después de que la presión dentro de la cavidad ha alcanzado el valor de umbral.
