Abstract
Se proporciona dispositivos, sistemas y métodos de fototerapia de múltiples longitudes de onda para el tratamiento de un trastorno o enfermedad, que incluyen fototerapia de bajo nivel de múltiples longitudes de onda ("PBM"), particularmente para PBM de múltiples longitudes de onda y otros sistemas y métodos de fototerapia para mejorar la funcionalidad y/o restaurar la funcionalidad a una cedula y/o tejido a través del administración coordinada y dirigida a la célula o tejido de dos o más dosis de luz que tiene longitudes de onda distintas, en donde las dos o más dosis de luz, cuando se administran de manera coordinada pueden estimular la actividad de dos o más factores sensibles a la luz que, cuando se activa, proporciona y/o mejora una funcionalidad de la célula objetivo deseada. Dispositivos, sistemas y métodos de tratamiento de fototerapia oftálmica para exponer un ojo a múltiples longitudes de onda de luz seleccionadas para promover la cicatrización de tejido ocular dañado o enfermo. Los dispositivos incluyen una carcasa que tiene un interior; una lente ocular dispuesta en la carcasa y configurada y dispuesta para la colocación de un ojo del paciente adyacente a la lente ocular; una primera fuente de luz que produce un primer haz de luz que tiene una primera longitud de onda terapéutica y se dispone dentro de la carcasa; una segunda fuente de luz que produce un segundo haz de luz que tiene una segunda longitud de onda terapéutica y se dispone dentro de la carcas, en donde la segunda longitud de onda terapéutica difiere de la primea longitud de onda terapéutica en la menos 25 nm. Caracterizado porque comprende, además, administrar uno o más fármacos o material biológico que tiene eficacia terapéutica para el trastorno o enfermedad ocular aguda o crónica.
