Abstract
Se describen métodos para tratar el endurecimiento prematuro de la cal en una lechada de argamasa. El método incluye proporcionar una lechada que exhibe endurecimiento prematuro de la cal que tiene una penetración de cono de menos de 10 mm a una consistencia de 60 cc, que comprende: agua; sulfato de calcio hemihidrato; y cal hidratada; y mezclar una cantidad eficaz de un dispersante que comprende un dispersante de baja intensidad con la lechada para aumentar la penetración de cono, y en donde la penetración de cono es de 10 mm o más 10 minutos después de la adición del dispersante a una consistencia de 60 cc; y aplicar la lechada de argamasa que contiene el dispersante a un sustrato. También se describen mezclas de componentes secos de argamasa de revestimiento que tienen endurecimiento prematuro de la cal reducido cuando se convierten en una lechada que contiene un dispersante de baja intensidad, o una cal hidratada recubierta con cera o un plastificante de dibenzoato.
