Abstract
En la presente, se proporciona un dispositivo de prueba para probar un analito en una muestra recolectada que comprende: una carcasa que tiene al menos un puerto receptor de la muestra para recibir la muestra; una tira de prueba ubicada dentro de la carcasa, la tira de prueba que contiene un reactivo para detectar el analito y para proporcionar una indicación que muestra un resultado de la prueba para la muestra, la carcasa que incluye un arreglo de detección para permitir la detección de la indicación de la tira de prueba; una matriz que recibe una muestra posicionada detrás de al menos un puerto receptor de la muestra y que tiene una capacidad de saturación definida, la matriz receptora de la muestra que está impregnada con los reactivos para el pretratamiento de la muestra y que está en comunicación con la tira de prueba a través de líquido conductor.
