Abstract
Se proporcionan en la presente composiciones para inhibir la inflamación en un sujeto con lesión de médula espinal que comprenden uno o más agentes capaces de reducir específicamente la señalización de TNF-a y un portador biodegradable. Se proporcionan además en la presente composiciones para inhibir la inflamación en un sujeto con lesión de médula espinal que comprenden uno o más agentes capaces de modular la señalización de MCP-1 y un portador biodegradable. También se describen métodos para tratar la inflamación en un sujeto que tiene una lesión de la médula espinal y equipos para producir las composiciones.
