Abstract
Modalidades de la presente invención proporcionan un método de procesamiento de portadores de radio, equipo de usuario y una estación base. El método incluye: suspender, por equipo de usuario, transmisión de datos de un portador en una segunda estación base; y enviar, por el equipo de usuario, una indicación de suspensión a una primera estación base, donde la indicación de suspensión se utiliza para indicar que el equipo de usuario ha suspendido la transmisión de datos del portador en la segunda estación base. El equipo de usuario determina por sí mismo si debe suspender el portador, y no necesita interactuar con la primera estación base en el proceso de suspensión, de tal forma que se reducen sobrecargas de señalización. La transmisión de datos del portador en la segunda estación base se detiene de una forma suspendida, y no se necesita eliminar una entidad de protocolo relacionada con el portador, de tal forma que cuando se reasume la transmisión de datos del portador en la segunda estación base, no se necesita restablecer la entidad de protocolo relacionada, mejorando de esta forma la utilización de recursos de portadores de radio.
