Abstract
La invención actual se refiere a: un método para preparar una línea de citoblasto pluripotente inducida a partir de citoblastos mesenquimales; y una línea de citoblasto pluripotente inducida (número de depósito: KCLRF-BP-00318) obtenida de este modo. Específicamente, el método para preparar una línea de citoblasto pluripotente inducida, de la invención actual, comprende las etapas de (a) obtener citoblastos mesenquimales a partir de un cordón umbilical humano; (b) formar, a partir de los citoblastos mesenquimales, una colonia con un medio para poner en contacto por desdiferenciación un extracto de Ecklonia cava; y (c) obtener una línea de citoblasto pluripotente inducida al subcultivar la colonia. La línea de citoblasto pluripotente inducida de acuerdo con la invención actual se preparó primero por los inventores actuales, y la línea de citoblasto pluripotente de la invención actual puede diferenciarse en varias células y puede tratar varias enfermedades o trastornos a través de la terapia de trasplante celular.
