Abstract
La invención se refiere a una pieza de fricción de un material compuesto autolubricante (1) que puede ser sometida, durante la operación, a temperaturas que son por lo menos iguales a 250°C. Dicha pieza comprende, a lo largo de la superficie de fricción (2), una sola capa de un material consistente en hilos de trama y urdimbre hechos de politetrafluoroetileno, en donde dicho material se impregna con una resina termoestable que tiene una temperatura de transición vítrea que es por lo menos igual a 250°C. Se aplica a una capa de refuerzo (3).
