Abstract
Problema que se solucionará con la invención: Proporcionar un disco de freno y un método de fabricación del mismo que puede seleccionar, respectivamente, los materiales óptimos de un rotor y una abrazadera, al mismo tiempo que reduce el peso del disco de abrazadera y permite la reducción del número de componentes. Medios para solucionar el problema: Un método de fabricación de un disco de freno, que comprende las etapas de: procesar un rotor S1 para obtener el rotor fabricado del material de placa aproximadamente anular con un orificio central, el borde de abertura del orificio central tiene una pluralidad de proyecciones que se proyectan hacia el interior; procesar una abrazadera S2 para obtener una abrazadera fabricada de un miembro tubular en el cual se forman las aberturas que corresponden con las proyecciones; e integrar la abrazadera S4 con el rotor al insertar la abrazadera a través del orificio central del rotor obtenido mediante la etapa de procesamiento de rotor y ajustar las proyecciones del rotor en las aberturas de la abrazadera; junto con un disco de freno obtenido de acuerdo con el método de fabricación del disco de freno.
