Abstract

Se proporciona un método de fabricación de una espuma limpiadora de bomba de concreto. El método comprende: proporcionar una mezcla de un polímero que contiene un copolímero en bloque de olefina (OBC) con un punto de fusión por DSC de 100 °C o mayor y un caucho natural o sintético, un agente ablandador líquido, y uno o más aditivos seleccionados del grupo que consiste de un agente de reticulación, un agente espumante, un óxido metálico, ácido esteárico, un antioxidante, estearato de zinc, dióxido de titanio, un coagente de reticulación, y un pigmento; colocar la mezcla en un molde y presurizar la mezcla a temperatura elevada para formar una espuma de polímero; y después de espumar, pulir la superficie de la espuma de polímero para separar las celdas cerradas en una superficie.
