Abstract
Un rodillo de horno está provisto de: un material de base de rodillo; un revestimiento de pulverización térmica formado sobre el material de base de rodillo; y un revestimiento modificado, que se forma sobre el revestimiento de pulverización térmica y en el cual dicho revestimiento de pulverización térmica ha sido parcial o completamente modificado por irradiación de un haz de energía sobre una parte o la totalidad de la superficie del revestimiento de pulverización térmica y fusión/solidificación de dicho revestimiento de pulverización térmica. El espesor del revestimiento modificado es de 2-20 µm y la dureza Vickers (HV) del revestimiento modificado es 1.2-1.4 veces la dureza Vickers (HV) del revestimiento de pulverización térmica.
