Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de frenado en particular para frenos de tambor accionados por cuña, que comprende una unidad portadora, una unidad de accionamiento, una unidad de referencia y una unidad indicadora, en donde lo unidad de referencia protege la unidad portadora y la unidad de accionamiento al menos en las regiones, en donde la unidad de accionamiento se acopla en la unidad portadora y desplaza la unidad portadora en una posición particular con respecto a la unidad de referencia o asegura la unidad portadora en una posición con respecto a la unidad de referencia, en donde la unidad portadora se acopla en la unidad indicadora a fin de desplazar la unidad indicadora en una posición particular con respecto a la unidad de referencia, en donde el estado de desgaste del sistema de frenado se puede determinar desde el exterior del sistema de frenado por medio de la posición de la unidad indicadora con respecto a una geometría de referencia proporcionada en la unidad de referencia.
