Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con métodos para reducir la incidencia de infecciones asociadas con el cuidado de la salud en varias instalaciones del cuidado de la salud. También se proporcionan métodos para prevenir o reducir el número de infecciones en una población humana o animal. Los métodos como se proporcionan en la presente reducen la presencia de varios agentes infecciosos que se adquieren o transmiten comúnmente y están presentes tanto en las superficies animadas como inanimadas, incluyendo los agentes infecciosos encontrados comúnmente en las instalaciones del cuidado de la salud. Reduciendo la presencia de tales agentes infecciosos, se reduce de esta manera la incidencia de varios tipos de infección o enfermedad.
