Abstract

Un sistema para, y el metodo de, recuperacion de sal de una corriente MEG (23) de mono etilglicol rico incluye un separador de proyeccion (20) que tiene un hidrociclon de desarenamiento (70) ubicado en el circuito de reciclaje en el MEG caliente (35) del separador de proyeccion (20); un primer dispositivo de fluidificacion de solidos (40) situado en el extremo inferior (37) de columna de solucion salina del separador de proyeccion (29); un segundo hidrociclon de desarenamiento segundo (100) dispuesto para recibir una corriente de suspension de sal (53) creada por el primer dispositivo de fluidificacion de solidos (40); y un acumulador (80) ubicado debajo del segundo hidrociclon de desarenamiento (100) y que tiene un segundo dispositivo de fluidificacion de solidos (90) ubicado en su extremo inferior. Cada dispositivo de fluidificacion de solidos (40, 90) incluye medios para causar el liquido salga del dispositivo en un movimiento de remolino para fluidificar los componentes de sal contenidos en el liquido residente.
