Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento a baja temperatura que comprende varias etapas para integrar espumas poliméricas con al menos un cuerpo polimérico con el fin de obtener un cuerpo final con propiedades mejoradas, realizándose dicho proceso a baja temperatura para evitar deformaciones en el cuerpo polimérico que comprometan la funcionalidad y otras propiedades del cuerpo final. El proceso comprende las etapas de seleccionar los materiales implicados para garantizar la adhesión entre ellos, la procesabilidad, uso y/o reciclaje, entre otras propiedades; impregnar el material polimérico a espumar con un gas; generar la espuma; e integrar la espuma con al menos un cuerpo polimérico.
