Abstract

Un producto alimenticio puede formarse mediante la inyección de un primer material comestible en una unidad y la descarga, de la unidad, del primer material comestible como hebras rectas sustancialmente paralelas entre sí y como hebras helicoidales que solapan las hebras rectas. Las hebras rectas y helicoidales del primer material comestible forman una estructura de entramado del producto alimenticio. Además se describe un sistema de troquel rotatorio de extrusión (10) y un método que proporcionan el producto alimenticio, así como además otros productos alimenticios y un sistema de troquel rotatorio de extrusión y un método que proporciona los otros productos alimenticios.
