Abstract
LA invención trata sobre un proceso para construir neumáticos. En el proceso, un casco de carcasa (11) consta de al menos una cubierta de carcasa (3) y un par de estructuras de anclaje anulares (5) que se transfieren a un tambor moldeador (14) que consta de elementos de espiga (16ª, 16b) donde cada uno puede sujetarse a una de las estructuras de anclaje anulares (5) mencionadas. El casco de carcasa (11) se forma de acuerdo con la configuración toroidal por medio de un acercamiento axial mutuo de los elementos de espiga (16ª, 16b). Antes de darle forma, los elementos de agarre anulares (36) que se llevan de manera respectiva mediante los elementos de espiga (16ª, 16b) se expanden radialmente, cada uno dentro de una de las estructuras de anclaje anulares (5) para sujetar el casco de carcasa (11). Las estructuras de anclaje anulares (5) se mueven de forma axial alejadas una de otra antes de engancharse con el casco de carcasa (11) por medio de los elementos de agarre anulares (36).
