Abstract
The present disclosure is related to a food cooking grill, consisting of an upper grill with a handle with a series of inverted V-shaped gutters, separated in parallel and aligned horizontally, a lower grill with a handle formed by a series of V-shaped gutters separated in parallel and horizontally aligned; said grill for the food cooking can overcome any heat supply or flame source. The inverted V-shaped gutters of the upper grate overlap adjacent to the V-shaped gutters of the lower grate forming a ladder sequence that allows food to be held in contact with the heat supply or flame source while cooking, protecting food from direct contact with the flame source or fire. The V-shaped gutters of the lower grill allow the ingredients fixing, optimizing the food preparation and cooking.
