Abstract

Durante una primera etapa de este método de fabricación, un faldón (12) del tapón (1) es moldeado, provisto tanto con medios de fijación removibles al cuello del recipiente, como con una tira de retención permanente (22) alrededor del cuello del recipiente, este tira de retención es capaz de pasar, por plegado, desde una configuración de moldeo hasta una configuración de funcionamiento en la cual la misma puede apoyarse contra una protuberancia del cuello del recipiente durante la primera abertura del tapón. En una segunda etapa, una línea de rotura periférica es cortada en el faldón, adaptada para ser rota durante la primera apertura del tapón. Durante una tercera etapa, que se aplica una vez que la segunda etapa se ha complementado, la tira de retención se dobla hasta que pasa hasta su configuración de funcionamiento. De acuerdo con la invención, mientras que la línea de rotura es cortada durante la segunda etapa, la tira de retención es predoblada, haciendo que la misma pase desde su configuración de moldeo hasta una configuración predoblada que es intermedia entre sus configuraciones de moldeo y de operación. Y, durante la tercera etapa, la tira de retención es doblada desde su configuración predoblada hasta su configuración de funcionamiento.
