Abstract
Varias realizaciones de la presente divulgación proporcionan un sistema y método para permitir que un usuario proporcione un preaviso al vehículo de que el usuario se aproximará al vehículo dentro de un período de tiempo designado y liberar, de forma automática, un cerrojo de vehículo luego de la llegada del usuario al vehículo. En una realización, el llavero electrónico del usuario está asociado a un dispositivo móvil y la orden del usuario se transmite del llavero electrónico a la unidad de control telemática del vehículo (TCU). La TCU del vehículo se comunica con el módulo de control de carrocería del vehículo para detectar el llavero electrónico cuando el usuario llega al vehículo y para liberar de forma automática el cerrojo después de la llegada del usuario.
