Abstract
El sistema se basa en la lectura de TASGs o matrículas que realiza un lector a distancia (1) situado en un vehículo (2) o portado por personal de control (3), en movimiento, previsto para leer el TAG (6) o matrícula, instalado en un vehículo (5) estacionado en un espacio no plaza de estacionamiento regulado en superficie 6 ubicado geográficamente por el GPS (14), de manera que una cámara (15) grabar? la imagen correspondiente al vehículo (5), de forma que la combinación de los datos correspondientes al procesamiento de la posición captada por el GPS (14) y la identificación captadas por el lector (1), permiten al sistema informático establecer no solamente el tipo de espacio o plaza de estacionamiento, sino calcular y realizar automáticamente el cobro de la tarifa correspondiente al vehículo (5) estacionado, sin necesidad que el usuario utilice otros medios de pago.
