Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos in vitro para expandir una población de células, tales como linfocitos, que comprende poner en contacto una muestra que comprende una población de células con un reactivo de multimerización. El reactivo de multimerización tiene reversiblemente sobre sí (unido a él) un primer agente que provee una señal de activación primaria a las células y opcionalmente, un segundo agente que provee una señal co-estimulatoria. La invención también provee reactivos multimerización, kits, disposiciones y un aparato para expandir células.
