Abstract
La configuración de una abertura alargada en una membrana tendida sobre un conjunto de microagujas puede controlarse mediante el control de la manera en que se forma la abertura y/o mediante el control de la manera en que se tiende la membrana. Al menos una porción de la membrana puede separarse de una microaguja de manera que se define una separación entre la membrana y la microaguja.
