Abstract

[Problema] Proveer una boquilla generadora de burbujas de flujo en bucle para la cual incluso el uso de un líquido que contiene impurezas no reduce la eficiencia de generación de burbujas y que es capaz de mejorar la eficiencia de generación de burbujas en comparación con la del pasado. [Solución] Una boquilla generadora de burbujas de flujo en bucle (10) comprende un elemento en forma de tubo con fondo (1) con una sección transversal circular y un elemento tubular (2) que es ajustado en el otro extremo del elemento con fondo (1). El espacio sustancialmente cilíndrico rodeado por el elemento con fondo (1) y el elemento tubular (2) forma una cámara de agitación y mezclado de gas-líquido de flujo en bucle (6). El centro del elemento tubular (2) tiene un agujero de entrada (7) en el cual el líquido y el gas pueden fluir y un primer agujero de inyección (8a) y un segundo agujero de inyección (8b) capaz de inyectar el líquido y el gas. El agujero de entrada (7) se forma en una forma cónica en la cual el diámetro se expande continuamente desde el primer agujero de inyección (8a) en la dirección de la cámara de agitación y mezclado de gas-líquido de flujo en bucle (6). La cara extrema del agujero de entrada (7) en el lado de la cámara de agitación y mezclado de gas-líquido de flujo en bucle (6) se provee con múltiples muescas (7a).
