Abstract
Las composiciones, películas y métodos proporcionados imparten una superficie de baja energía superficial a una capa de poliuretano en virtud de la cual los contaminantes forman glóbulos sobre la superficie para facilitar considerablemente la eliminación de los mismos. Al mismo tiempo, los artículos proporcionados mantienen su excelente transparencia y la capacidad de ser procesados para su uso en aplicaciones de protección de superficies. Las composiciones que tienen estas propiedades ventajosas se derivan de la reacción de un poliisocianato primario; un polidimetilsiloxano monohidroxilo presente en una cantidad adecuada; y un poliol seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: un poliol caprolactona, poliol policarbonato, poliol poliéster, poliol acrílico, poliol poliéter, poliol poliolefína y mezclas de estos.
