Abstract

Se proporciona un método que hace posible formar un recubrimiento fosfato en un alambre de acero en un tiempo corto con alta productividad sin causar deterioro de formación significativo en la superficie del alambre de acero. Este método incluye: un paso de formar continuamente un recubrimiento con fosfato en un alambre de acero antes de ser sometido a la formación en frío; y un paso de eliminación de la incrustación de la pasta de chorro que incluye partículas abrasivas de grano similares en el alambre de acero antes de la formación del recubrimiento con fosfato, produciendo de ese modo una nueva superficie en el alambre de acero. Preferiblemente, este método incluye inicialmente un paso de precalentamiento de precalentar el alambre de acero después del paso de eliminación de la incrustación y antes del paso de tratamiento de recubrimiento.
