Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para extraer características morfológicas de una muestra del material biológico, en particular huellas digitales, especialmente huellas digitales internas o externas, utilizando un sistema de adquisición por tomografía de coherencia óptica que da una señal representativa de la muestra, en cuyo método una imagen que contiene el dato de intensidad y una imagen que contiene el dato de fase son formadas a partir de al menos la señal entregada por el sistema de adquisición y representativa de la muestra, con el fin de extraer las características morfológicas de la muestra.
