Abstract

Se describe un método, y un dispositivo para administrar el método, de tratamiento de una plántula para mejorar la resistencia a largo plazo y/o rendimiento de cultivo y/o características de calidad, por la etapa de exponer la plántula, antes de una fase de crecimiento posterior, a radiación ultravioleta (UV) con al menos una longitud de onda, sólo entre 280-310nm. El método incluye además la etapa de seleccionar una plántula o plántulas para una fase de crecimiento posterior.
