Abstract
Sistema de tratamiento continuo y modular para remoción de boro desde aguas naturales, urbanas, rurales y de riego, compuesto por un sistema de remoción de boro junto a un sistema de regeneración de resina, donde el sistema de tratamiento comprende 3 columnas (C-1, C-2, C-3), cada una empacada con una resina de intercambio iónico específica para la remoción de boro, las cuales están dispuestas en serie y operan en forma alternada en una configuración fino-refino, lo que significa que dos de las columnas están en operación, en el sistema de remoción de boro, en forma simultánea mientras la tercera columna se encuentra en regeneración. Además, se incluye el proceso de operación del sistema que comprende las etapas de remoción de boro y las etapas de regeneración de la resina saturada.
