Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para hacer reaccionar isopulegol para obtener mentona en la fase gaseosa, mediante el uso de un catalizador de cobre, y al uso de los productos de reacción así preparados como aditivos en productos alimenticios, productos cosméticos, productos farmacéuticos, formulaciones de tabaco, productos para la casa, y productos para el cuidado de la ropa.
