Abstract
La evaluación de las características de las fracturas y formaciones que se basa en los datos de registro de inducción con múltiples componentes (MCI) incluye el cálculo automatizado de los parámetros de anisotropía biaxial (BA) invertidos para la formación realizando una operación de inversión BA iterativa que se basa en los datos de registro MCI y que utiliza un modelo de formación BA que contempla las transferencias mediante la anisotropía de formación axial con respecto a la resistividad. La operación de inversión BA puede combinarse con una inversión transversalmente anisotrópica (TI) que se basa en los datos de registro MCI y que utiliza un modelo de formación TI para calcular los parámetros TI invertidos para la formación. Los parámetros BA invertidos y los parámetros TI invertidos pueden utilizarse, en combinación, para calcular un valor cuantificado para una función de identificación con el fin de indicar la presencia o ausencia estimada de una fractura en la formación.
